How to request a custom order

Send your reference, dimensions, quantity, color and target delivery date to our team. We will confirm feasibility, sample requirements, production lead time and shipping before work begins.

Approval and production

Production starts after the final design, quotation and sample are approved. Personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ materially from the approved specification.
